  • 9:00 - Pick up from your accommodation in Longyearbyen

  • Head to Longyearbyen harbour, receive safety brief, equipment and board open boat.

  • Stop at iconic bird cliff

  • Pass by Grumant and dock in Colesbay.

  • Guided tour around the area and hike to Rusanov's hut.

  • Lunch in the tundra.

  • Head back to Longyearbyen.

  • appx. 18:00 - Arrival in Longyearbyen.

  • Transport back to accommodation.


What to bring:

  • Warm socks or layers of socks

  • Dress in warm layers

  • A buff

  • Sunglasses or ski glasses

  • Headwear like a beanie or headband... hats have a tendency to fly off!


  • Binoculars

  • A bottle of water

  • Plastic bag/s for your electronic devices.
